Design, fabrication, supplying, erection ,testing and commissioning of embedded parts consisting of sill beams, wheel tracks, seal seats, guide rails, vertical and horizontal girders, wheels, stiffeners lifting brackets, guide shoes, rubber seals, structural steel hoist bridge consisting of columns, beams, bracings, stiffeners ties, chequered plate covering hand railing , ladder, adequate capacity rope drum hoist platform, rope drums, shafts, pulleys, gear system, electro-magnetic brake system, manual operating assembly, gate position indicators, control panels, wire ropes, with all accessories for operating vertical lift roller gates, etc. with all accessories for vertical lift barrage gates including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting , aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and four coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint etc. and concreting with 40-M15 for bed, 20-M20 for cutoff wall, 20- M25 for RCC Return wall , Raft foundations and Piers, 20-M15 for Aprons, grade and supply of spare parts and tools including requisite manpower for O and M of the system covered under the scope of two years from the date of completion of the work, including two DG sets, Diesel Generator Set Room, Compound wall, 11KV power supply and electrical installation with Electrification and Fencing for Land of KBJNL, with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work of Kallur(B) bridge cum barrage across Bhima River in Kalburgi District on turnkey basis
