From Trucks In Icc Works, Moubhandar:-1 Unloading Of Miscellaneous Materials Received By Trucks Carrying And Stacking In Respective Stock Yard / Godowns, Anywhere Within The Works Item Wise Separately, As Shown By Company’S Staff ( Different Minerals, Coal, Middling Coal, Slime, Lubricant Drums, Borax, Refractories, Machinery In Crates, Etc. 2 Unloading Of Concentrate From Railway Wagons / Container At Siding ( Insides And Outside The Works Premises ) Including Sweeping The Wagons Thoroughly. 3 905220006 Transportation Of Copper Concentrates In Loose By Trucks From Siding To Smelter Concentrate Store / New Concentrate Store Or New Concentrate Store To Smelter After Weighment Including Loading , Unloading Manually And Stacking 4 Unloading Of Hydrated Lime Bags / Carbide Sludge Received By Trucks And Stacking The Same Properly In Specified Godowns / Stores Including Re-Bagging Loose Materials, Stitching And Storing As Per Direction Of Company’S Staff. 5 905220008 Transportation Of Lime Bags / Carbide Sludge By Trucks From Storage Place To Sulphuric Acid Plants And Refinery Plant After Weighment At Weighbridge And Stacking Them Properly Including Rebagging, Stitching The Bags And Storing. 6 Charging Of Lime, Including Carbide Sludge In The Acid Plant Hopper ( Both Old And New ) And C.E.T.P. From The Stock Of The Lime Stores, Daily Or Intermittently At The Rate Of Approx 3 To 10 Tonnes Per Day Depending On The Plant Working Condition And As Per Direction Of Company’S Staff. Any Foreign Materials Torn Bags, Etc, Should Be Separated Before Charging The Lime In To The Hopper. If Required Contractor Has To Depute His Workers In 3 Shifts. 7 Filling Of Copper Concentrate In The Skips At Flash Smelter / Converter Aisle After Un-Bagging For Charging In The Slag Cleaning Furnace.
