Tender For Rcc Driveway At Vashi Black Oil Terminal- Main Gate -Dismantling And Breaking Of Existing Brick/Block Walls Thickness Of Any Sizes, Any Flooring And Carting Away Of Debris From Site. Elevation Area Of Wall Shall Be Measured For The Payment For Brick Wall And No Separate Measurement Will Be Given For Plaster Along With The Brick Work. The Contractor Will Have To Put Up A Proper And Sufficient Hoarding, Screen And Fence During The Time As May Be Necessary For The Safety And Convenience Of The Inmates Of The Existing Buildings And Maintain The Same In The Good Condition During Demolition And Where Necessary Cause Such Hoarding Or Fence To Be Well Lighted During The Night To Prevent Accidents. Contractor Will Have To Make Good Without Any Extra Payment Any Damage Done During Construction., Breaking Up Pcc/Rccbreaking Up Pcc/Rcc At The Marked Location, To Enable Excavation. Vendor Will Be Permitted To Use Pneumatic Tools, Supply Of Diesel Operated Air Compressor Along With All The Consumables& Operators Will Be In Vendors Scope.While Breaking, Ensure That There Is No Damage To The Surrounding Equipment.Remove Debris On Regular Basis From Unit Area And Keep At A Designated Area, As Advised By The Concerned Hpcl Supervisor.Payment Will Be Made On Per M3 Basis Of Rcc/Pcc Broken Or Excavated. Broken Pieces Of Rcc/Pcc To Be Disposed Out Outside The Refinery , Excavation For Foundation Upto Required Depth Below Existing Ground Level Up To 1.5M In Any Tyoe Odf Soil Except Hard Rock. Rate To Include Dressing The Sides And Bottom, Bailing Out Of Water If Encountered, Shoring, Strutting, Backfilling After The Construction Of Foundation, Trenches/Plinth Beam Etccompacting By The Side Of The Foundation And Disposal Of Surplus Excavated Earth Within/Outside Hpcls Premises Etc
