10 Checking And Cleaning Ac Plant Inlet And Outlet Ducts Including Checking Damper Operation, Lubrication In The 15Tr Switch Yard Ac Package Unit As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge 11 Removing / Replacing 3Sets ( 3 Nos / Set ) Of Filters In 15 Tr Ac Package Unit In Switchyard, Inspection And Cleaning With Air And Water, Refixing The Filters As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge 12 Cleaning Evaporator Coil Fins In The 15Tr Ac Package Unit With Water And Air As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge. 13 Cleaning Of External Condenser Coil Fins With Water & Air In The 15Tr Ac Package Unit And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge 14 Visual Inspection Of Blower & Blower Bearings For Any Abnormality, Replacement Of Blower Bearings ( Supplied By The Tangedco ) , If Necessary In The 15 Tr Switchyard Ac Package Unit And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge 15 Visual Inspection For Any Defects / Leakages And Attending Defects / Leakages At Drain Lines Of 15Tr Switchyard Package Ac Unit And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge. 16 Visual Inspection For Tightness / Belt Tension, Adjustment Of Belt Tension Replacement Of Belts If Necessary ( Belts Will Be Supplied By The Tangedco ) In The 15 Tr Switchyard Ac Package Unit And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge. 17 Visual Inspection And Assessment Of Internals Of Gas Expansion Valve, Rectification Of Fault / Replacement By New Gas Expansion Valve ( Supplied By The Tangedco ) , If Necessary In The 15 Tr Switch Yard Ac Package Unit And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge 18 Visual Inspection Of Condenser Fan Of Condensing Unit Of 15 Tr Ac System For Proper Functioning Of The Unit Or Decoupling & Coupling Of Condenser Fan Motor In Case Of Failure To Facilitate Rewinding Works By Electrical Maintenance Division And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge.
