1 Routine Inspection For Any Abnormal Noise, Leak In 50Tr Centralized Ac Units Of Mcr Or In The 15Tr Ac Package Unit Including Attending Minor Defects As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge 2 Checking And Cleaning Ac Plant Inlet And Outlet Ducts Including Checking Damper Operation, Lubrication In The Ahu Of Mcr As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge. 3 Removing / Replacing 2Sets ( 12 Nos / Set ) Of Filters Of Centralized Ac Unit In Mcr, Inspection And Cleaning With Air And Water, Re Fixing The Filters As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge. 4 Cleaning Evaporator Coil Fins In The Ahu Of Mcr With Water And Air As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge. 5 Cleaning Of External Condenser Coil Fins With Water & Air In The 50Tr Centralized Ac Units Of Mcr And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge 6 Visual Inspection Of Blower & Blower Bearings For Any Abnormality Or Replacement Of Bearings / Blowers ( Supplied By The Tangedco ) , If Necessary In The Ahu Of Mcr And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge. 7 Visual Inspection For Any Defects / Leakages And Attending Defects / Leakages At Drain Lines Of Ahu Of Mcr And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge. 8 Visual Inspection For Tightness / Belt Tension, Adjustment Of Belt Tension Replacement Of Belts If Necessary ( Belts Will Be Supplied By The Tangedco ) In The Ahu Of Mcr And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge. 9 Visual Inspection Of Condenser Fan Of Condensing Unit Of 50Tr Centralized Ac Units For Proper Functioning Of The Unit Or Decoupling & Coupling Of Condenser Fan Motor In Case Of Failure To Facilitate Rewinding Works By Electrical Maintenance Division And Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge.
