Periodical And Running Maintenance Of Gt Phi: 1 Walk Around Visual Inspection Of Gas Turbine For Any Abnormal Sound And Temperature And Visual Inspection Of Gas, Water, Air And Lube Oil Piping System For Leaks, Leaky Gaskets, Pump And Valve Packing Leaks, Vibration Of Piping And General Checks And Attending The Corrective Action Required 2 Walk Around Visual Inspection Of Air Intake System Which Includes Evaporative Cooling System Of Gt Inlet Air, Checking The Air Processing Unit Of Air Inlet System, Draining The Moisture Collected In The Apu And Removing Dust In The Inlet Air Filter House, Evaporative Cooler Pump Strainer Cleaning, Replacing The Filter Cartridge On The Air Filter House And Evaporative Cooler Sump Cleaning Work During The Unit Shutdown As Required 3 Preventive Maintenance Of Gas Turbine And Its Accessory Module Cooling Fans And Blowers Like Gas Turbine Compartment Cooling Fans, Exhaust Frame Blower, Lube Oil Skid And Gas Skid Cooling Fans, Air Compressors For Blow Off Valves And The Load Compartment Cooling Fans By Thorough Cleaning The Fans And The Dampers, Greasing The Dampers Actuators And Check For Free Operation Of The Dampers, Replacing Of The Bearing If Any As Required As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge And Any Other Unforeseen Minor Works Related To The Mechanical Maintenance As Directed By The Engineer Incharge. 4 Walk Around The Gas Booster Compressor For Visual Inspection Of Gas, Air Piping System For Leaks, Loose Hard Ware, Loose Hanger, Leaky Gaskets, Valve Packing Leaks, Vibration Of Piping, Functioning Of Vents And General Checks For Security Of The System And Attending The Corrective Action As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge In The Gas Booster Compressor House And Up Keeping Of The Lp And Hp Compressor Gearbox, Lube Oil Pumps By Thorough External Cleaning And Removing Of Dust And Dirty Oil, Oil Fumes Etc. And Keeping The Equipments Area Clean And Tidy
