Checking The Expansion Tank Dm Water Level .Up Keeping The Cccw Pumps And The System By Thorough External Cleaning And Removing Of Dusts And Dirt Oil. Check The Lube Oil Level Of The Pump Bearings And Topping Up As Required Etc, As Per The Direction Of Engineer In Charge. 7 Walk Down And Visual Inspection Of Radiator Cooler Fans For Any Abnormal Sound, Greasing Of Bearings And Normalization, Adjustment Of Belt Tension, Cleaning And Attending Any Minor Defects Etc., As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge. 8 Labour Charges For Welding Joint Of 200 & 150 Nb Ms / Cs Pipe Lines In Fire Hydrant System, Acw System & Ccw System, Etc., As Per The Direction Of Engineer Incharge 9 Overhauling The Ventilation Damper, Checking The Damper Open / Close Position And Its Blades / Replacing The Worn Out Parts / Blades, Inspecting The Ducts / Replacing The Corroded Portion Of The Ducts For The Cable Gallery Room, Etc., As Per The Direction Engineer Incharge. The Required Spares Will Be Supplied By The Tanagedco. 10 Disassembling The Cccw Pump After Disconnecting From The Motor, Checking Of The De & Nde Bearings, Mechanical Seals, Impeller, Shaft And To Replace The Failed Bearings And Mechanical Seals By New Ones Dismantling The Hydrant Line Valves / Spray Line Valves / Deluge Valves In Fire Fighting System For Inspection, Greasing / Replace The Defective Valve
