    Tender Details

    Application of Coating Providing & Applying minimum 3 Coats of single component acrylic polymer modified reinforced high build and easy roller applied/brushable coatings of water proofing compound of approved manufacturer after priming on the roofs, to get a minimum dry thickness of 1mm as per manufacturers specification. The cured membrane should exhibit the tensile strength of 1.1 Mpa as per ASTM D412 with elongation 100% as ASTM D12,with very low penetration to rapid chloride as per ASTM C 120203, with pull off adhesion 0.92 MPa as per ASTM D4541.The cured membrane should also have resistance to algae growth as per ASTM D 558997 with permeability of 5mm as per BSEN 12390 part 8,with water vapour transmission 6 g/m²h as per BSEN 12390 part 8.The application of coatings shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer. All complete as directed by Banks Engineer. Rates to be inclusive of GST.
