    Tender For Suitably Preparing The Surfaces As Per Detailed Specifications & Methodology, Providing And Applying Two Or More Coats Of Synthetic Enamel Paint To Miscellaneous Items Like Fans, Fan Hooks, Switch Boxes, Electric Fittings Including Removal Of The Existing Paint, Application Of Primer Wherever Required Etc. Carefully Removing Old Existing Curtain Rods Of Any Type Along With Its Brackets Or Wooden Pelmets And Providing And Fixing, In Perfect Level, New Decorative Heavy Quality Aluminium, Powder Coated Curtain Rods For Doors And Windows ) Of Lengths As Per Site Requirements And Of Minimum 25 Mm Dia Along With Its Decorative Powder Coated Brackets Including Providing Fixing Matching Aluminium Sockets Wherever Required For Preventing Sagging Of The Curtaing Rods. Rate Shall Include Fixing The Brackets By S S Screws Of Minimum 50Mm Length Inserted By First Drilling Holes Which Shall Provided With Pvc Plug, Including Cutting, Ladder, Carting Away Debris Etc. Complete All As Directed By The Banks Engineer. Removing Gas Meter, Gas Pipeline Provided In The Kitchen, Stacking Safely At One Place, Refixing The Same After Renovation Of Kitchen Including Replacement Of Pipe Damaged / Broken, Getting The Work Done Through Agency Approved By Mahanagar Gas, Liasoning With Mahanagar Gas Etc. Complete All As Directed By The Banks Engineer ( A ) Gas Pipeline In Kitchen B ) Same As Above But For Gas Pipeline In Bathroom. Modification To The Existing Window To Accommodate 8 Dia Exhaust Fan By Cutting In The Mesh Shutter, M S Grill And Window Shutter. Rate Shall Include The Cost Of Material Required To Make The Changes, Welding Charges Etc.Complete All As Directed By The Banks Engineer. ( A ) Kitchen Window
