    Tender Details

    Tender For Painting Of Tk1c,2B, Tk04 - Double Scaffolding - Steel Scaffolding : Scaffolding With Ms Pipes Which Will Be Rigid To Work Safely At Heights. Type Shall Be Of Double Type. Scaffolding Has To Be In Steel, Arranged By The Contractor At His Own Cost For Carrying Out Entire Jobs At All Height And Provides All Facilities For Proper Inspection Of Surface At Various Stages. Material Has To Be Erected As Per Safe Methods. Ropes And Guy Wires Shall Not Be Used For Tying Etc. The Scaffolding Pipes. The Scaffolding Shall Be Of Steel And Shall Not Endanger The Worker. Scaffolding Shall Be Sufficiently Away From The Tank Shell So As To Enable The Worker To Work With Ease. The Scaffolding Shall Be Removed By The Contractor Promptly After Completion Of The Work. Contractor Has To Rectify The Damages Made In The Tank Bottom Area Due To Erection Of Ms Scaffolding At Free Of Cost After Completion Of Job Scaffold Erection. A Scaffold Should Be Designed, Erected, Altered And Dismantled By Competent People, With All Scaffolding Work Under The Supervision Of A Competent Person. Scaffolders Should Always Adopt A Safe System Of Work During The Erection, Altering And Dismantling Of Scaffolds. This Will Usually Include The Use Of Fall Arrest Equipment. All Scaffolds Require Bracing To Help Prevent Them From Collapsing. The Platform Of A General Purpose Scaffold Should Be At Least Four Boards Wide. All Scaffolds, Including Independent Scaffolds, Should Be Securely Tied, Or Otherwise Supported. Scope Of Work. This Item Rate Includes Supply Of All Necessary Material By The Contractor Along With Necessary Transportation, Fabrication, Supply Of Consumables Like Welding Electrode Etc..
