Wet Bags / Cover Not Put On Gas Cylinder. 6. Loading /Unloading Of Cylinder – Cushion Not Given. 7. Condition Of Hose Pipe Not Good. 8. Working With Leaking Cylinder. 9. Flash Back Arrester Not Provided At Torch / Cylinder End. 10.Colour Coding Of Gas Cutting Of Hoses Not Followed, 1. Welding With Non-Standard Holder. 2. Welding Machine Earthing Not Done.
