Layers : 3 (1st layer Gel of ISO resin; 2nd layer CSM 450 gsm withisopthelic; 3rd layer epoxy resin) 4. Insulation strength : Should withstand 1000V DC for one minute. 5. Chemicalconsumption : Raw material (i) Surface mat - Ratio of mixing: 5% Raw material (ii) CSM 450 gsm - Ratio ofmixing: 25% Raw material (iii) Gel coat - Ratio of mixing: 5% Raw material (iv) MEKP - Ratio of mixing: 2% Rawmaterial (v) Octate cobalt - Ratio of mixing: 2% Raw material (vi) Polyester resin- Ratio of mixing: 58% Rawmaterial (vii) Epoxy bonded pigment - Ratio of mixing: 3%
