The Contracting Authority Orders, And The Contractor Accepts The Task Under The Name: Modernization Of The Village Common Room In Sobawiny As Part Of The Project Under The Name: Changing The Use Of The Milk Catchment Building To The Rural Common Room Along With The Expansion And Reconstruction, And The Implementation Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. 5.2. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Reconstruction, Extension And A Change In The Use Of The Building Of The Milk Basin To The Village Common Room In Sobawiny, Opoczno Commune On Plot No. 374/8, 374/15. The Scope Of Work At This Stage Includes (Investment Implemented In Stages) In Particular: 1) Demolition Works (Applies To The Dismantling Of The Wall Covering From Tiles, Reflection Of Internal Plasters And The Selection Of Soil, Constituting A Deepening Under The New Floor), 2) Foundation Wall Insulation, 3) Building Facades (Insulation With Polystyrene. Soffit), 4) Execution Of Internal Sanitary Sewage System, 5) Execution Of An Information Board With Dimensions Of 80 Cm X 120 Cm, The Plaque Form Will Be Provided By The Contracting Authority After Signing The Contract. 5.3.
