1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Renovation Works (Rooms) Of The Library Space Of Branch No. 8 Of The Provincial And Municipal Public Library In Rzeszów In The Building At Al. General Leopold Okulicki 3.2. Renovation Works Include, Among Others,: A) Replacement Of Floors; B) Forms Of Old Partitions And Newly Erected; C) Making Plasters And Coats; D) Painting Walls And Ceilings; E) Tile And Location; F) Renovation Of Window Sills; G) Replacement Of Internal Doors; H) Execution Of Sanitary Installations; I) Execution Of Electrical Installations; J) Execution Of Additional Elements. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In:- Technical Description (Annex 1 To Swz),- Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex 2 To Swz),- Preface Of Works (Annex 3 To Swz). 4. During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Closely Comply With The Provisions Contained In The Abovementioned Positions 5. The Contractor Is Also Burdened By All Accompanying Works And Temporary Works Not Covered By The Abovementioned Design Documentation, Including::), Organization And Securing The Construction Site Together With The Necessary Arrangements, B) Liquidation Of The Construction Site, C) And All Other Works Not Covered In Swz, And Necessary To Be Carried Out Due To Construction Art And Applicable Law. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Agree On The Detailed Schedule Of The Implementation Of Individual Works With The Employer, B) Devices Of The Construction Site In The Indicated Place And The Manner Agreed With The Employer, C) Obtaining On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Or Permits To Occupy The Road Lane In Order To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.
