Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Development Of Project Documentation For The Reconstruction, Expansion And Thermomodernization Of The Building At Ul. Szkolna 7 In Suwałki Together With A Change In The Way Of Use For The Needs Of The Family Childrens Home. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Reconstruction, Expansion And Thermomodernization Of A Public Building At Ul. Szkolna 7 In Suwałki Together With A Change In The Way Of Use For The Needs Of The Family Childrens Home. 2. In The Field Of Design Work, Including Replacement Of Roofing, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Installation Replacement, Renovation Of The Facade Including All External Elements Of The Building, And Land Development Around The Building Along With The Fence Replacement And Interior Design With The Proposal Of The Necessary Equipment. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz. 4. Design Documentation In The Scope Of The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Made In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Pzp Act. The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be Described In A Way That Could Hinder Fair Competition, In Particular By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To Privilege Or Elimination Of Some Contractors Or Products. The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If The Contractor Of The Documentation Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent. In This Case, The Contractor Indicates In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Described In Accordance With Art. 101 Of The Pzp Act. 5. Technical Documentation Should Take Into Account The Provisions Of Art. 100 Of The Pzp Act. Ie In The Case Of Orders Intended For The Use Of Natural Persons, Including Employees Of The Ordering Party, A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Prepared, Taking Into Account The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users, Unless This Is Not Justified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract.
