The Acquisition Is To Find Partners To Make And Change Projects Made By Microsoft Power Platform And Rpa Technology Based On Hamks Digital Strategy Utilizing The Azure, Microsoft 365 And Dynamics 365 Platforms. During The Collaboration, Microsoft Power Platform Tools Will Create Functions Supporting The Hamk Digital Strategy That Facilitate Manual Work By Using Microsoft Power Platform And Rpa Technology Architectures And Systems Related To Systems, Including Deployment, Development And Change Projects, Continuous Maintenance. A More Detailed Definition And Minimum Requirements For The Site Are Set Out In Annex 1 Of The Invitation To Tender. Based On The Tendering, A Framework Arrangement Is Set Up, To Which Three (3) Suppliers Will Be Selected. If There Are Fewer Than Three Tenderers Or Acceptable Tenders That Meet The Eligibility Requirements, All Suitable Tenderers Who Have Submitted An Acceptable Offer Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Procedure For Purchasing Within The Framework Agreement Is Described In Annex 1 Of The Invitation To Tender. The Framework Agreement Is Fixed And Lasts For 2 Years. The Contracting Entity Has The Right To Continue The Agreement With Two Options (1+1).
