The City Of Kokkola Is Requesting Offers For Meal Transportation For 1.8.2025 - 31.7.2028 + 2 Year Option For 1.8.2028 - 31.7.2030. Transportation Includes Transportation Of Warm And Cold Meals, Dishes And Brokerage Products To Service Kitchens. Transportation Also Includes Returns Of Transport Units For Manufacturing Kitchens. Meals Are Made In Four Manufacturing Kitchens: Piispanmäki School, Isokylä School, Torkinmäki School And Lucina Hagman School. Meals Are Mainly Transported With Plastic And Styrox Transport Boxes, But You Also Use Meal Transport Wagons. The Number Of Transport Units Vary Daily Due To The Meals To Be Transported And Their Packaging. More Accurate Amounts Of Transport Units Are Shown In The Price Attachment. At Piispanmäki School, Meals Leave Cold Five (5) Times A Week And Transportation Is Done With Cold Transport Equipment. Cold Transport Is Not Time -Specific. Transport Times Will Be Agreed In More Detail With The Selected Service Provider. During School Holidays, Meals Are Concentrated In 1-2 Kitchens, Of Which Transportation Is Carried Out To All Open Destinations. The Change In The Preparation Kitchen Must Not Affect The Pricing Of The Drop -Down. At Least Four (4) Times A Week From The Isokylä School, We Reserve The Right To Transport For Five (5) Days. At Torkinmäki And Lucina Hagman School, Meals Leave Warm Five (5) Times A Week. The Appendix To The Invitation To Tender Indicates The Departure And Delivery Points Of The Meal Transport And The Time Windows Within Which The Transport Must Be Carried Out. The Option Will Enter Into Force If The Subscriber Decides To Continue The Contract Period. The Option Is Notified At Least 6 Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. The Procurement Agreement Shall Apply During The Possible Option Period Under The Same Terms And Conditions, As They Are In Force At The End Of The Contract Period. The Option Is About The Right Of The Subscriber, Not The Obligation.
