The Procurement Applies Initially Phase 1 Which Is Called Off After Approved Budget. The Client Then Has The Option To Call Phase 2 For The Entire Project. During Phase 1, The Contractor Participates In The Project Work And Participates In The Construction Action Design As An Entrepreneur. During Phase 2, The Contractor Participates In The Project Work And Performs The Contract As An Execution Contract.
