Tenders Are Invited For Exercise Of Copyright Supervision Of An Object: Introducing Energy Effective Measures Through Reconstruction, Modernization And Intelligent Management Of Street Lighting On The Territory Of Stamboliyski
The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Copyright Supervision From The Designer During The Construction, Which Is Related To Copyright On The Grounds Of Art. 191, Al. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. Work Investment Projects Are Prepared And Coordinated For The Site. According To Art. 162, Para. 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Designer Is A Natural Or Legal Person, Including In Their Composition, Having The Necessary Design Qualification. On The Grounds Of Art. 162, Para. 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Designer Must Exercise The Copyright Supervision During The Construction Under The Conditions And In The Order Determined By The Ordinance Under Art. 169, Para. 4, And On The Basis Of A Contract With The Contracting Authority. The Authors Supervision On All Parts Of The Project Is Binding On All Construction Works From The First To The Fifth Category, Including Where The Site Is Entitled To The Subject Of The Contract. According To Art. 162, Para. 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Prescriptions Of The Designer Related To His Copyright, For Accurate Compliance With The Investment Project He Worked Out, Shall Be Entered In The Order Book And Are Binding On The Other Participants In The Construction. The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Commission The Authors Supervision To The Person Who Prepared The Project. Copyright Objects According To Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 8 And Para. 3 Of The Law On The Protection Of The Law On The Appsp Are “Approved Architectural Projects, Approved Planning Projects, Maps, Schemes, Plans And Others Relating To Architecture, Territorial Structure, Geography, Topography, Museum And Any Area Of Science And Technology. 18. Al. Since The Designer Is The Holder Of His Copyright Under The Law On The Protection Of Center, The Award Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Works Should Be Made In Accordance With The Order Of 191, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Award Of Copyright Supervision Of Persons Other Than The Designers Would Lead To A Copyright Violation Under Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 8, Para. 3, Art. 18, Para. 1 And Para. 2, Item 9 Of The Law On The Law On The Law And Until The Failure Of Obligations Under Art. 162 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Which Necessitates The Award Of The Public Procurement Under The Order Of 191, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act.
