The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of: 1. Performing The Service Consisting In Cutting, Trees And Shrubs Care In Poviat Roads, Areas Owned By The Kędzierzyn-Kozywski Poviat And The State Treasury In 2025. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Consist In Establishing A Scope With The Organizational Unit Of The Team By Means Of Technical Procedures, Performed On An Ongoing Basis, Related To The Removal And Care Of Trees And Shrubs. 2. The Following Order Consists Of: A. Performing Care, Corrective And Technical Cuts In The Crowns Of Trees With Different Trunk Circuits And Formation Cuts Of Shrubs With Different Surfaces Growing In The Kędzierzyn-Kozielski Poviat And The State Treasury, Including In The Road Lanes Of The Poviat Roads Of The Kędzierzyn-Kozielski Poviat, Including: A) Care (Sanitary, Correctional, Correction Forming), B) Correction And Technical Cuts (Revealing Traffic Lights, Road Signs And The Behavior Of The Roadside Gauge). When Performing Corrective And Technical Cuts, You Should Strive To Restore The Symmetricality Of The Crown, And Thus To Improve The Tree Statics. Cutting Out Trees Of Various Species And With Different Trunk Circuits, Dead, Which Is In Poor Phytosanitary Condition, Pose A Threat To The Safety Of People And Property, As Well As Road Traffic, Growing In The Kędzierzyn-Kozielski Poviat And The State Treasury, Including In The Road Lanes Of The Poviat Roads Of The Kędzierzyn-Kozielski Poviat, Based On The Decision Of The Organizational Unit Or Issued Administrative Decisions, C. Cuttings Forming Shrubs, D. Removal Of Shrubs, E. Chopped/Shredding Branches, F. Milling Of Trunks, G. Removal Of Pedestrian Suckers Up To A Height Of 2 M, H. Removal Of Self -Seeding, I. Ordering The Area After Completion Of Work, J. Intervention Removal Of Branches, Branches, Etc. Posing A Threat To People And Property As Well As Road Traffic, K.
