1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Implementation Of The Investment Task: Conservation And Restoration Works Of The Northern And Southern Facade Of The High School K.I.Gałczyński In Otwock, In The Formula Design And Build. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program For The Task Conservation And Restoration Works Of The Northern And Southern Facade Of The Building Of The K.I.Gałczyński High School In Otwock. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Development Of Project Documentation For The Abovementioned Tasks Together With Obtaining The Required Official Decisions, Applications And Arrangements For The Development Of The Above Documentation2) Performance Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed Project Documentation And Permits Obtained Together With Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Project For The Investment. 4. Design Documentation And Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Assumptions Specified In Pfu. Other Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment Were Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 5. As Part Of The Design Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cover The Full Scope Of The Project Included In The Functional And Utility (Pfu) Program Together With All The Agreements And Opinions Required By The Law, Administrative Decisions, Construction And Technical Expertise And Other Activities Necessary To Design And Perform Construction Works. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Control And Analyze The Design And Construction Documentation Created By The Contractor. Documentation Draft If Required Should Be Agreed With The Mazowieckie Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments. 6. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out With Special Diligence, In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, System Technology, Recommendations Of The Mazowieckie Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments Indicated In The Letter Of 06.02.2023 And In Accordance With The Contract, Construction And Executive Design, A Preface Of Works, Technical Specifications Of Execution And Receipt Of Works, Polish Construction Standards Transferring European Standards Or Other Countries Member Of The European Economic Area Transferring These Standards While Allowing Equivalent Solutions (Accepted By Authors Supervision And The Ordering Party). The Contractor Provides All The Material And Devices Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.
