As Part Of The Design Works, It Should Be Taken Into Account, Among Others, The Implementation Of A Comprehensive Project To Expand The Road In The Scope Of Construction, Road Surface Adapted To Public Public Transport, Downhill, Roadsides, B) Pedestrian Pavements, C) Bicycle Path Within A Pedestrian Route Or In The Road Lane, D) Intersection Parameters Taking Into Account Bus Passage In All Relations Of The Roads And Existing Roads And Existing Roads Public Public Transport Vehicles Will Move, E) Execution Of Conventions/Intersections To Roads Designated In The Local Spatial Development Plan, F) Designing The Road Lane Drainage System, G) Industry Study Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Collision With The Road System, H) Designing The Street Lighting System In Led Technology, I) Construction Of Bus Stops And Waters With Bays Or In The Belt. The Contracting Authority Will Give An Opinion On The Presented Solution Within 14 Days, M) Obtaining The Necessary Agreement (If It Is Also Needed With The Owners Of Plots), Including Industry Arrangements On The Route Of The Designed Road Together With Accompanying Devices In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, N) In The Event Of Necessity - Obtaining Deviations From Technical And Construction Regulations, O) Obtaining A Positive Opinion Of Entities Indicated For Organizing And Implementing Collective Transport: - - Public Transport Łomianki Sp. Z O.O.,- Municipal Transport Board In Warsaw, P) In The Event Of A Planned Investment Within (In Particular Within The Area Intended For Removing Roadside Trees), The Occurrence Of Plant, Fungi And Animals Constituting Legal Protection, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Materials Necessary To Obtain The Decisions Allowing The Prohibitions From Applicable Prohibitions Within The Meaning Of Art. 51, 52 And 56 Of The Nature Conservation Act And Obtain The Necessary Consent (Derogation Decisions) Allowing Deviations From Prohibitions In Force In Relation To Protected Species.
