Tenders Are Invited For Performing The Function Of An Investor Supervision Inspector For The Task Entitled Expansion Of The Existing Photovoltaic Installation With The Energy Storage System At Sp Zoz In Myszków

1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Object Of The Contract Is To Act As An Investor Supervision Inspector Over The Design And Build Task Implemented In The Formula. The Inspectors Services Will Be Implemented Based On The Material Scope Of Works On The Basis Of A Contract, Which The Employer Will Conclude With The Contractor The Task Carried Out In The Formula Design And Build, Called: Expansion Of The Existing Photovoltaic Installation With The Energy Storage System At Sp Zoz In Myszków. Selected As A Result Of A Separate Public Procurement Procedure. 3. The Service Concerns Investor Supervision Over The Design Documentation In The Scope Of Its Completeness And Formal And Legal Correctness And Investor Supervision Of The Specialty: Structural And Construction, Electrical, Resulting From The Formula Design And Build On The Basis Of A Material And Financial Schedule, Functional And Utility Program Of The Bill Of Quantities, The Contract Referred To In Paragraph 2 And All Activities Resulting From The Act Of 7 July 1994. - Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), And In Particular: 1) Representing The Ordering Party On The Construction Site By Exercising Control Of Its Implementation With The Project, The Terms Of The Building Permit, The Contract, The Law, Applicable Standards, Industry Guidelines And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 2) Checking The Quality Of The Works Performed And Used For These Works Products, In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Construction Law, And In Particular The Prevention Of The Use Of Defective And Non -Allowed Materials; 3) Checking And Receipt Of Construction Or Disappearing Construction Works, Participating In Trials And Technical Acceptance Of Installations, Technical Equipment As Well As Preparation And Participation In The Receipt Of Ready -Made Building Objects And Transferring Them For Use, 4) Confirmation Settlements Of Construction And Correctness Of Invoicing Performed Works. 4. The Investors Supervision Inspector Has The Right: 1) Issue To The Construction Manager Or Command Manager, Confirmed By An Entry In The Construction Log, Regarding: Removal Of Irregularities Or Threats, Execution Of Trials Or Tests, Also Requiring The Discovery Of Works Or Covered Elements, Presenting Expert Opinions Regarding The Conducted Construction Works And Information And Documents Confirming The Application In The Performance Of Construction Works, In Accordance With Art. 10, As Well As Information And Documents Confirming The Admission To The Use Of Technical Devices; 2) Demand From The Construction Manager Or The Works Manager To Make Corrections Or Re -Execution Of Faulty Works, As Well As Suspending Further Construction Works In The Event That Their Continuation Could Cause A Threat Or Causing Unacceptable Non -Compliance With The Project Or Permission To Build. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2
