Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Are Catering Services For 24 -Hour Nutrition Of Patients Of The Lung Disease Hospital In Siewierz (Preparation, Delivery And Distribution). 2. The Number Of Beds Of The Lung Disease Ward Is 36.3. The Expected Average Number Of Meals Issued On A 12 -Month Scale Is 9,600 Personal (Including Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner). 4. The Number Of Meals Will Depend On The Number Of Hospitalized Patients And The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order In Accordance With The List Provided By The Ordering Party. If The Number Of Meals Is Reduced, The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority. 5. Meals Will Be Delivered To The Lung Diseases Hospital In Siewierz Sp. Z O.O. Located At Ul. Zbigniew Oleśnicki 21 In Siewierz. 6. Name And Codes Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Common Public Procurement Dictionary (Cpv) 55212000-0 - Meal Delivery Services, 55321000-6 - Meal Preparation Services, 15894220-9 - Hospital Meals7. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Use The Amount Of Maximum Remuneration And, As A Consequence, Reduce The Maximum Order Value By 40%. The Contracting Authority Will Not Bear The Negative Financial Effects Caused By Such A Reduction, And The Contractors In This Respect Do Not Serve Any Claims Against The Employer. 8. Requirements For Menus: 1) The Menu Should Contain Meals Planned For 14 Nutritional Days Of The Basic, Easily Digestible And Diabetic Diet With A Selection Of Allergens Occurring In Individual Meals And Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At Least 2 Business Days Before The Date Of The Menu In Electronic Form, E-Mail Or In Writing, Arranged In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Institute Of Nutrition And Food In Warsaw Applicable Law, 2) The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Correct (After Determining With The Contractor) The Sent Menu, Which Does Not Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Contract, And In The Event Of Raising Objections By The Employer As To The Menu, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Necessary Corrections In The Menu Within 1 Day And Send The Corrected Menu To The Ordering Party, Unless Generally Applicable Law. The Menu Is Considered Not Accepted Until The Awarding Entity Is Approved In One Of The Abovementioned Form3) Types Of Diets In Accordance With Applicable Standards Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition In Warsaw: A. Basic (Normal), B. Easily Digestible, C. Diabetic, 4) The Basic Meal Is Breakfast, 2-Course Lunch, Dinner,  Meal Must Contain A Sufficient Amount Of Protein Products And Vegetable Additives, Or Fruit,  For Breakfast And Dinner, You Should Add Tea And Sugar (Tea Sugar Does Not Apply To A Diabetic Diet),  Compote, Liquid Jelly, Etc.,  Mixed Or Wheat Bread, While For The Diabetic Diet Of Wholemeal Bread,  Milk Soup Should Also Be Planned For A Diabetic Diet,  Planning In The Diabetic Diet For Dinner Meatless Dishes From Meatless Dishes From Flou
