The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Scope Of: 1) Disassembly, Loading, Export And Disposal Of Products Containing Asbestos From Roofing And Facades Of Facilities Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Włoszczowa Commune In 2025 - In Accordance With The List Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract; 2) Loading, Export And Disposal Of Asbestos Containing Products Stored On Real Estate Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Włoszczowa Commune In 2025 - In Accordance With The List Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The List Of Facilities And Real Estate Constituting Attachments To The Contract. Changes May Consist Of Deleting Some Items Or In Place Of The Deleted Items To Include A List Of New Facilities/Real Estate. The List Changes May Be Made No Later 10 Days Before The Date Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About The Change In The List Of Real Estate. The Contractor May Not Submit Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority In Relation To The Acceptance Of Settlements For The Provision Of Services Based On The Actual Amount Of Asbestos Products Received. The Contractor Is Required To Provide Services In Accordance With The Asbestos-Containing Products Program From The Włoszczowa Commune For 2017-2032 (Resolution No. Xxxiv/305/18 Of The City Council In Włoszczów Of 30 March 2018 On The Adoption Of The Program For Removing Asbestos Products From The Commune Of Włoszczowa For The Years 2017-2032. 409626 Kg.
