The Framework Agreement Establishes The Global Framework That Serves As The Basis For The Placement Of The Individual Assignments. The Framework Agreement Includes Leasing Bicycles To The Staff Of Various Boards In The Antwerp Kempen Who Are Members Of The Intermunicipal Purchase Service Of Iok (See Annex C) Under These Boards: Police Zones, Assistance Zones, Municipal And City Councils, Teaching Staff And Staff Of Welfare Associations. During The Term Of The Contract, A Number Of Welfare Associations May Still Join This Framework Agreement. A Call To The Framework Agreement Concerns A Call For Leasing A Specific Bicycle To An Employee Of The Participating Boards. The Boards Want To Make An Extensive And Qualitative Range Of Bicycles Available To Their Employees. It Is A Non-Exclusive Framework Contract Without Any Purchase Obligation. Consequently, Notwithstanding The Award And The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement By The Contracting Authority Iok On The Basis Of The Present Cutlery, The Aforementioned Boards Are Free To Order Elsewhere During The Duration Of The Contract Or Not To Place An Order.
