The Estimated Amount Of Products Containing Asbestos Qualified For Removal May Change In Cases Of: A) Actual Measurement / Weight Of Asbestos -Containing Products Intended For Receipt, Transport And Disposal Of The Task Carried Out By The Contractor And The Contracting Authority, B) The Resignation Of The Owner Of The Property From Conducting The Works Covered By The Application, C) Lack Of Partial Or Total Task By The Co -Financing Entity. In This Case, The Value Of Works Consisting In The Receipt, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos -Containing Products Intended For Removal May Not Exceed Pln 200,000.00 Gross, D) Restrictions Or Exceeding The Limit Of Financial Resources By The Contracting Authority.
