5.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Receipt, Transport And Utilization Of Asbestos -Containing Products From The Opoczno Commune In 2025.5.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: A) As Part Of Receipt: Packing And Loading Of Accumulated Asbestos-Containing Products (Asbestos-Cement Plates Used In Construction, Asbestos-Cement Plates Wavy For Construction) From The Exchange Or Liquidation Of Roofing From Residential And Economic Buildings Located In The Commune Of Opoczno From Asbestos Dust While Maintaining Relevant Provisions (Disassembly On The Part Of The Property Owner), B) As Part Of Transport And Utilization: On Transporting And Transferring Asbestos -Containing Products To The Landfill Of Hazardous Waste. 5.3. The Order Of The Contract Should Be Executed In Accordance With The Following Resolutions: A) By Resolution No. V/40/2011 Opoczno Communes For 2014 - 2032 .
