The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Services As Follows: Organizing A Consciousness Conference Based On A Detailed Conference Program Provided By The Employer, Based On The Framework Program Specified In Para. 2; Conducting A Service At A 3*Categorization Hotel, All Rooms, Conference Room And Workshop Rooms Must Be In One Building; Providing Conference Service, Including The Organizational Guardian Of The Conference And Master Of Ceremonies; Organizing And Servicing The Reception Of The Conference, As Well As Registration Of Participants; Providing At Least 2 Speakers - Specialists Giving Lectures And Conducting Workshops For Participants In Accordance With The Program Conference Materials - Preparation And Printout Of Conference Materials; Provision Of Catering Services During The Conference - Providing 2 Coffee Breaks And Dinners On Each Of The 2 Days Of The Conference For 50 People/Day And 1 Breakfast For 50 People On The Second Day Of The Conference And 1 Solemn Dinner For 50 People On The First Day Of The Conference; Providing A Conference Room (Min. 150 M2) And 2 Workshop Rooms (80 M2) With Equipment: Stoles, Chairs, Chairs, Chairs Multimedia Projector With Screen, Computer, Flipchart Board Or Dry -Wire Board And A Set Of Markers, Wireless Access To The Internet Of Didactic Rooms For Conference; Ensuring Accommodation For 50 Participants (Min. 30 Double Rooms And Optional One -Man); Providing Catering And Accommodation Services, The Same As For Conference Participants, In Addition To 5 People Representing The Contracting Authority; Providing Free Parking Spaces For Conference Participants; Providing Certificates Conference, Confirmed By Handmade Signature; Preparation And Transfer To The Employer Report On The Implementation Of The Conference; Transfer Of All Necessary Documents Regarding The Implementation Of The Action, Specified And Required By The Contracting Authority. 4) Number Of Conference Participants: Maximum 50 People. 5) The Service Will Be Provided Stationary.
