The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Services As Follows: Organizing The Event - Event; Assurance Of The Organizational Guardian Of The Event And The Moderator; Organizing And Servicing The Reception Of The Event, As Well As Registration Of Participants; Providing Specialists Delivering Lectures And Conducting Workshops For Participants; Providing Training Materials For Participants Of The Event; Providing Certificates In The Event For All Participants; The Presence Of Participants Confirming Participation In The Event And A Letter Of Receipt Of Training Materials, Confirmed By The Own Signature; Preparation And Transfer Of A Report To The Ever, Together With A Professional Advertising Film Recorded In Part From The Drone; Handing Over All The Necessary Documents Regarding The Implementation Of The Action, Specified And Required By The Ordering Party; Providing Catering Services During The Event; Providing The Room For Conducting An Event/Event Min. 7 Didactic Positions And 4 To Conduct Quizzes; Providing Transport For Participants And Their Guardians To The Place Of Implementation Of The Event And Back To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party, Together With The Insurance Of The Participants Of The Event; Assurances For All Participants And Their Colored Bands In The Number Of 240 Pieces In Three/Four Different Colors. 2) It Should Take Place In Bydgoszcz, In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. 4) Number Of Participants Of The Event: Maximum 240 People (200 Participants + 40 Carers).
