All Costs Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular The Costs Of Packaging, Shipping, Loading And Insurance, Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.6. The Product Is To Be Delivered To The Ordering Party By An Appropriate Means Of Transport That Meets Sanitary Requirements, In Packaging That Guarantees Safe Transport And Storage. Delivery Should Take Place In Packaging Or Containers That Have Appropriate Approvals Of The Polish National Institute Of Hygiene Regarding Admission To Contact With Food, Labeled, Clean And Undamaged Containers. Transport Containers Are To Be Odorless And Ensure The Proper Quality Of The Goods During Transport.7. The Products Are To Be Delivered In A Way That Ensures The Maintenance Of The Cold Chain And The Monitoring Of The Temperature Of The Transported Goods From The Contractor To The Ordering Party, With A Means Of Transport With A Valid Sanitary Control Book.8. The Contractor Must Have (Has Or Will Have) At Least 1 Means Of Transport Approved For The Transport Of Food, Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Sanitary Regulations. Each Car In Which Food Will Be Delivered Must Have A Decision Of The State Sanitary Inspector And/Or The Competent Authority Of The Veterinary Inspectorate, Respectively, Stating That The Conditions For Hygienic Transport Of Specific Products Are Met. The Conditions Of Transport Of Products Should Comply With The Principles Of Good Manufacturing Practice (Gmp) And Good Hygienic Practice (Ghp).9. The Number Of Individual Articles Provided By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Indicative And May Be Changed (Increased Or Decreased) In The Event Of Such A Need (Due To The Variable Number Of Children Using Meals) On The Part Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase Not Less Than The Minimum Quantity Of The Assortment Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor With Whom The Ordering Party Will Sign The Agreement Is Therefore Not Entitled To A Claim For Delivery In The Quantities Given In The Estimated Quantity.
