To Ensure That Every Point Of Need Can Obtain Suitable Services, The Services Are Described In Lots (Different Solutions Can Be Offered) And Modules (Uniform, Can Be Implemented In All Lots) And Are To Be Offered Accordingly. Lots 1 To 6 Include The Issuing Of Esignatures And Eseals And Result From The Corresponding Operating Model In Combination With Specific Functions. Lots 7 And 8 Contain An Etimestamp Without The Other Certificates And Are Also Differentiated According To The Operating Model. Multiple Bidders Will Be Considered For Each Lot.
