The works can be described as such: Preliminary and final design of the parking lot at Clem Labega Square by a contactor; Changes to existing parking lot, beautification, streetlights and other infrastructure items and logistical amenities on the existing parking lot area based on requirements by government; Construction of the parking lot facilities including all necessary infrastructure and equipment as described in the Terms of Reference.
