Work Detail

Development of a livable settlement in G nt 45112711-2 Implementation of the project elements of the TOP PLUSZ 1.2.1-21-FE1-2022-00025 project entitled Building a livable settlement in G nt within the framework of a business contract. I./ Planning concept: The basis of the planning concept is to create a livable, ecological, biodiverse and orderly settlement center that can subtly fit into the environmental, natural and architectural culture provided by G nt and the V rtes, and with each of its development elements the residents and the serves visitors there in the long term. It is important to create a livable, ecological, biodiverse and orderly settlement center that is able to serve its users in all respects, taking into account the official and local government regulations and decrees applicable to the planning area, as well as the related standards and legislation. It is important to state that during the planned developments, the goal is to create a built environment that is universal and barrier-free for everyone. The concept of the planned design was guided by the following guidelines: - consideration of universal and barrier-free design principles; - creating an aesthetic and functional environment that promotes childrens development; - creation of transparent spaces; - adequate physical protection in the direction of internal areas (dust and noise protection, etc.). II./ Project elements to be implemented (planned functions): A) Revitalization of the open spaces and green spaces along Hegyalja Road, center of G nt settlement The basic goal of the development is to create a chain of greener, more colorful open spaces, which along the road crossing the settlement provides a visual and mental positive stimulus not only for passers-by , but also has a positive physical and psychological effect on those staying in it. It gives you an identity and enriches your experience. In order to achieve these, the development should basically be directed in two directions: a) Green surface development b) Function installation and expansion a) GREEN SURFACE DEVELOPMENT In the case of the canopy level, the plan envisages the planting of a row of trees and the care of the existing ones. In some cases, maintenance and pruning work is necessary for the existing, large trees. In the case of some trees, however, it is necessary to cut down trees, and it is necessary to replace the cut trees. The condition of the existing lawn level is satisfactory, only in the case of a few deep-shaded trees and trampling, there is wear and tear, which needs to be remedied as part of the development. The number one green space development goal of the plan is the development and creation of existing (sparse) shrub, ground cover and perennial surfaces. In the northern and central areas of the action area, the plan creates plant islands and surfaces with colorful and rich flower decorations. During the complex renewal of the environment of the G nti spring, which is located in the central part of the action area, efforts must be made to plant and maintain native plants characteristic of the landscape, as well as to remove individuals that do not fit in there.
