Overview: Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (Erfq) Is Being Issued By The Technical College System Of Georgia On Behalf Of Albany Technical College To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Vending Services To Their Campus Locations (Hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. Albany Technical College (Atc) Is A Unit Of The Technical College System Of Georgia (Tcsg) And Provides Technical Education Services For Several Counties In Southwest Georgia. The College Is Seeking To Enter Into An Renewable Annual Contract With One Or More Suppliers That Are Capable Of Providing Vending Services For All Buildings Located At Their Campus Locations As Described Within The Scope Of Services Document. This Contract Will Be A Revenue Sharing Contract That Will Allow The College To Share In The Profits By Receiving A Monthly Commission On Net Sales From The Vending Machines.
