Sep 2022 Intervention Sector(S): Food & Nutrition The Goethe-Institut Is The Federal Republic Of GermanyS Worldwide Cultural Institute. We Promote Knowledge Of The German Language Abroad And Cultivate International Cultural Cooperation. The Goethe-Institut Lebanon Is Implementing Since 2019 The Project Fantasmeem, Which Aims To Support The Design Industry In Lebanon As Part Of The Cultural And Creative Industries Through Targeted Capacity Building, Fostering Cultural / Social / Environmental Entrepreneurship, And Encouraging Collaborations And Knowledge Sharing. Together With The Diwan Of Culture, Design And Innovation (Dcdi), Fantasmeem Is Organizing A Design Exhibition Event With A Focus On Sustainable Design And Innovative Materials. For The Opening Night Of The Event In October 2022, We Are Looking For A Display And Tasting Of Food Design. The Goethe-Institut Lebanon Is Looking For A Food/Culinary Designer To Take Part Of A Sustainable Design Exhibition Event In BeirutTaking Place At The End Of October 2022. We Are Seeking Food Designers Willing To Present Live Food Design For Bites And Let The Attendees Enjoy A Culinary Experience. We Expect New And Innovative Ideas That Align With The Event Spirit. The Designed Food Will Be Catered Live At The Event For Approximately 150 Persons. We Encourage All Food Designers, Chefs And Culinary Artists To Apply.
