The Washington County Board Of Commissioners, In Partnership With The City Of Sandersville, Invites You To Submit Your FirmS Qualifications For Furnishing Architectural Services For Our Linton Park Project. The County And The City Are Jointly Developing The Area For The Improvement Of The Quality Of Life Of Residents By Providing An Outdoor Space To Enjoy Recreational And Leisure Activities. The Plan Includes A Playground, Walking Trial, Dog Park, Parking Lots, Outdoor Fitness Stations, Sunshades, Amphitheater, And Enhancement Of Existing Features. A Conceptual Design Has Been Completed And May Be Used For Plan Development. The Location Of The Project Area Is 210 North Avenue, Sandersville, Ga 31082. We Are Seeking Qualified Architectural Firms Interested In Developing A Formal Plan For The Park. Please Submit By Sealed Envelope Your FirmS Statement Of Qualifications No Later Than 3:00 Pm On October 20, 2022. The Chosen Firm Will Provide Full Architectural Services For Programming, Design, Cost Estimating, Preparation Of Construction Documents, Reproduction Costs, Bidding, Bid Evaluation, Construction Administration, Periodic Inspections, Final Inspection, And Project Acceptance For The Proposed Project.
