The Project Consists Of The Installation Of A 3 Compacted Clay Liner On One Side Of An Emergency Storage Pond At The Donalsonville Water Pollution Control Plant. Bids Will Be Received For A Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be On A Lump Sum And Unit Price Basis As Indicated In The Bid Form.
