Redevelopment of the premises for the installation of a rotary store 44115800 The purpose of the contract is to redevelop the premises for the installation of a rotary storer, in order to improve the management and storage of post-donation blood products. The installation of the storer will lead to other ancillary works. The works will be carried out without interruption of activities and the occupation of the premises by EFS personnel will be taken into account. Particular care will be taken to limit noise, the release of dust and any vibrations so as not to disturb other occupied areas of the building. Some work may be carried out at night, to avoid nuisance. The contract is allotted in 5 lots, each lot giving rise to a public contract. The duration of the public contract will take effect from its date of notification and will end at the end of the year of perfect completion, extended if necessary. As a reminder, the period of the guarantee of perfect completion is twelve months from the date of receipt. This period may be extended if the reported reservations are not all lifted at the end of this period
