Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Re-Advertized: Infographics And Production Of Annual Reports On A Five (5) Year Long Term Agreement Deadline: 17-Aug-2022 00:00 0.00 To Enhance Public Accountability And Ensure Greater Visibility Of Its Work To The General Public And Other Key Stakeholders, Eca Wishes To Produce An Annual Report. The Report Will Present The Results And Impact Of Its Work In An Improved, Clearer And Crisper Way Making It More Accessible To A Wider Audience. The Annual Report Aims To Showcase Key EcaS Achievements Under The Umbrella Of One Given Theme/Topic To Be Selected On An Annual Basis. It Will Cover The Period Of January To December And Be Released In January Of The Following Year, Except For The First Annual Report, Which Will Be Released In September 2022. The Ar Will Focus On A Specific Topic/Theme And Will Optimise The Use Of Data, Infographics, Photos And Is Projected Not To Exceed 30 Pages. 2. Statement Of Work I. Responsibilities Working In Close Collaboration With Spord And The Ar Task Team And Under The Overall Guidance Of The Executive Secretary, The Services Provider Will Undertake The Following Responsibilities: - Develop A Detailed Project Plan And Timeline Propose And Discuss Report Structure And Format With The Director Of Spord And The Artt (Content Presentation, Best Use Of Case Studies, Visual Elements, Etc.) Review All Necessary Background Materials And Documents Relevant To The Production Of The Annual Report, Gather Additional Information Through Interviews And Questionnaire From Staff Of Eca, Partner Institutions, Clients And Other Key Stakeholders. Identify And Select Appropriate Artwork/Photos/Infographics To Accompany The Stories Prepare And Edit Draft Annual Report Including Charts And Graphs, Photos As Needed Ensuring Accuracy And Currency Of All Content. Consolidate Other Inputs Required To Be Incorporated Into Report Including Reviewing And Amending Work In Response To Feedback Finalize The Annual Report, Integrating Any Feedback From Task Team And The Leadership Of Eca And Ensuring Accuracy, Clarity And Coherence Liaise With Eca Publications And Conference Management Services (Pcms) For Editing And Translations As May Be Necessary, Liaise With The Publisher For The Publishing Of The Report Including Reading Page Proofs From Printers And Checking Colour Proofs (Referencing The Eca Branding Manual) Draft A Communications Strategy For The Annual Report Iii. Requirement Gathering Phase During This Phase The Service Provider Will Gather The Relevant Information And Data And Devise A Blueprint That Describes The Report Production To A Level Of Detail Necessary To Begin Planning The Implementation. The Blueprint Will Incorporate Best Practices Within The Industry. During This Phase, The Service Provider Will Perform The Following: Conduct A Kickoff Session With Ar Task Team. Identify And Document The Requirements, Constraints And Assumptions. Refine The Concept Note Develop A Detailed Project Plan And Timeline With Delineated Roles And Responsibilities Of The Designed Ar Teams Obtain Signoff On Project Plan Iv. Implementation Phase The Implementation Phase Will Include: 1. Creation And Review Of The Detailed Project Plan. 2. Propose And Discuss Report Structure And Format With The Ar Team (Content Presentation, Best Use Of Case Studies, Visual Elements, Etc.) 3. Review Background Materials, Including But Not Limited To, Eca Previous Appr Presentations & Guidelines, Eca Knowledge Repository, Eca Data And Other Published Products (As Necessary) 4. Corroborate Gathered Information Through Interviews With The Sub Programme Leadership And Chiefs Of Sections (Telephone/Teams/In-Person) 5. Drafting And Production Of Report V.Timeline The Service Provider Shall Outline The Project Schedule Indicating The Timeline For The Proposed Work For Each Annual Reports.
