Dekalb Csb Is Seeking A Contractor To Deliver Compartmental Tray Meals For Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner To Our Service Center. A Total Of 357 Meals Per Eating Period In A Week. The Meals Will Be For A Seven (7) Day Period And Be Delivered Twice Week And Ready For Refrigeration. Note: Specific Items Can Individually Be Contained (Ex. Pudding Cup, Fruit Cup, Cereal Box, 1 Banana, Yogurt Container, Etc.). Deliveries Will Be Dropped Off At Our Services Center Location (2660 Osborne Road, Atlanta, Ga 30319) By 10:00 Am On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, And Thursday. Times Must Not Vary More Than 30 Minutes For Delivery. Staffing/Scope Of Work: 2.1 Provide Meals That Can Be Refrigerated And Heated In The Microwave And/Or Heated In The Oven. 2.2 Obtain And/Or Maintain All Necessary Operational Federal, State And County License And Food Service Permits Needed At Own Expense. 2.3. Inform The Dd Director Or Designee Of Any Daily Menu Substitutions Within 48 Hours. 2.4. Submit Monthly Report To Dekalb Csb, Of Services Provided, Number Of Meals Provide And Any Menu Revisions. 2.5 Contractor Must Have A Dietician Consultant And Food Safety Staff To Train Contractor Staff Regarding Special Diet Orders And Set Up Special Diet Menus (E.G., Diabetic Diet, Low Salt, Restricted Diets, And Special Religious And Ethnic Diets). Must Insure Demonstrated Competency Of Staff In Preparation And Assuring Of Special Diets. Special Dietary Requirements Must Be Available The Same Day Ordered, By The Next Meal Post Order. All Menus Must Be Submitted Thirty (30) Days In Advance For Approval. 2.6 Assure All Menus Meet Guidelines Specified In The Example Menus.
