Scheduling, Steering and Coordination (OPC) contract for the rehabilitation of the VENTADOUR building - Paris 1e 71520000 The Scheduling, Steering and Coordination (OPC) contract concerns the major renovation project for the Ventadour building, owned by the Banque de France, and located at 1 rue DALAYRAC 75002 PARIS. This 19th century building (1829) is located in the central business district. The Banque de France wishes by this operation the requalification of its heritage by reallocating the Ventadour building to a tertiary project, with contemporary requirements for workspaces while enhancing the emblematic heritage character of the building. After partial demolition (creation of a skylight) and rehabilitation of the premises, the project will develop a Useful Surface (SU) of approximately 10,000 m . This building must first undergo cleaning, asbestos and lead removal work, and then rehabilitation work. The works will take place on a free site.
