Appointment Of Tax Consultancy And Training Firm To Carry Out Training On Tax Policy And Administration For Staff Of Technical Services Department And Other Aligned Agencies Fiscal Governance And Institutions Project (Fgip) The Consulting Services ( The Services ) Is For An Appointment Of A Suitable Tax Consultancy And Training Firm With Expertise In The Conduct Of Several Training And Capacity Building Services For The Staff Of The Technical Services Department As Well As Such Aligned Agencies As Federal Inland Revenue Service, Debt Management Office, Budget Office Of The Federation On International Best Practice In The Following Areas: (I) Understanding And Computing Tax Expenditure Analysis; (Ii) Tax Policy Fiscal Analysis And Forecasting; (Iii) Understanding The Fundamentals Of Value Added Tax (Vat) In Nigeria And (Iv) Theoretical Foundations Of Tax Policy And Administration. The Assignment Is Expected To Be Delivered Within 32 Weeks From The Contract Signing. The Expected Consolidated Expert Input Is Not Less Than 120 Days.
