The Georgia Department Of Transportation (Hereinafter, Department Or Gdot ) Is Conducting This Electronic Request For Quotes ( Erfq ) Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq) To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide To The Department Silicone Joint Sealant Qpl #66 (Types A, B, C, And D) Commodities As Further Described In This Erfq. This Solicitation Is Issued For The Purchase And Delivery By The Selected Supplier(S) For Silicone Joint Sealant For Type A, B, C And D. Products Considered Under This Solicitation Must Be Manufactured By The Suppliers On The Department S Qualified Products List (Qpl) #66 Silicone Joint Sealants. The Manufacturer Must Be On The Qpl No Later Than The Closing Date And Time Of The Request For Proposal. Contact The Office Of Materials And Research At 404.608.4885 Regarding Application And Acceptance On The Qualified Products List. In Addition, The Silicone Joint Sealant For Type A, B, C And D Must Conform To The Current State Of Georgia Standard Specifications, Supplemental Specifications, Special Provisions And The Department S Current Construction Standards. Applicable Sections Of The Aforementioned Specifications And Standards Can Be Found In The Attached General Terms And Conditions.
