Location Description: The Calm Buoy Rotates From It Central Point To Connect To The Vessel Via The Mooring Hawser (Image 3 And Image 4); Potentially This Shall Be The Optimum Location To Mount The Camera, As This Will Always Be Positioned Towards The Tanker When It Is Moored To The Calm Buoy. Media Converter Housed With Suitably Rated Enclosure. Reliability Of The Equipment And Cabling Shall Be Suitable For Operation In The Marine Environment. Necessary Level Of The Insulation Resistance And Suitable Protection Against Short Circuit. The Camera Shall Deliver High Quality Output In Hd Format.
