Purpose Of Procurement&Nbsp; Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (Erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Beverage Pouring And Vending Services&Nbsp;To&Nbsp;East Georgia State College&Nbsp;(The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp.&Nbsp; East Georgia State College Is Seeking A Nationally Acclaimed, High-Visibility Beverage Brand Provider To Procure Sole&Nbsp;Rights And Exclusive Pour Privileges For The Colleges Entire Beverage Dispensing And Vending Operation. The College Has Nearly 1,200 Students With 400 Living On Campus In Swainsboro. Supplier Should Be Able To Provide Carbonated And Non-Carbonated, Natural And/Or Artificially Flavored Nonalcoholic Beverages Including, But Not Limited To, Nonalcoholic Beverages With Nutritive Or Non-Nutritive Sweeteners; Packaged Water, Natural Or Artificially Flavored Nonalcoholic Fruit Juices; Fruit Juice Containing Drinks; Fruit-Flavored Drinks (Sweetened Or Unsweetened); Tea; Fruit Punches And Sports Drinks. The Successful Vendor Must Be A Firm Organized Primarily For The Purpose Of Operating A Line Of Vending Machines For Beverage Vending. The Vendor Must Be Within 50 Miles Of The Main Campus At 131 College Circle, Swainsboro, Georgia. The Vendor Must Be Prepared To Provide Up-To-Date, Modern, Sanitary, Safe, And Functional Machines For Vending Service Requested By East Georgia State College (Egsc). The Successful Bidder Must Supply Written Evidence That It Is A Legitimate, Reputable Vending Contractor And Has Been Operating Successfully For A Period Of No Less Than Three Years.&Nbsp; Bidders Must Be Prepared To Submit A Net Worth Statement Upon Request By The College.&Nbsp; Bidders Should Note That The Commission Rate, The Beverage Prices For Dining Operations And Additional Sponsorships Will Be The Primary Criteria In The Bid Award. Proof Of A Demonstrated Ability To Perform To The Standards Outlined In This Erfp Will Be Considered In The Selection Through Review Of Vendor References.
