The Essential Objective Of The Dca Is To Obtain The Good State Of The Waters Throughout The European Union. In Order To Achieve This Objective, The Member States Are Required To Develop And Implement Some Basin Management Plans And To Programs Of Measures Associated With These Plans, For Successive Cyclical Periods Of 6 Years. The Essential Objective Of Dca Refers To All Waters, So Including The Salt Lakes Used For Therapeutic Purposes. These Therapeutic Lakes, Which Are In The Administration Of The National Administration Romanian Waters, Represent A Special Type Of Lakes, For Which, For Natural Causes, The Environmental Objectives Of The Dca Cannot Be Used In The Assessment Of The State, So The Specific Environmental Objectives Must Be Determined. (Characteristic Of The Good State), So That The Protection Measures, Respectively Of Improving The State Can Be Established On A Scientific Basis. So Far, The Therapeutic Lakes Have Not Been Evaluated From The Point Of View Of The Ecological State Within The National Water Management Plan, Because, In The Absence Of The Evaluation System For This Typology, It Was Not Possible To Determine The Ecological State And Environmental Objectives In Compliance With Dca. In The First Basin Management Plan Of The Buzau-Ialomia River Space, The 5 Water Bodies, Including The Srat Braila Lake, Were Monitored From A Biological And Physico-Chemical Point Of View. In The Second Basin Management Plan Of The Buzau-Ialomia River Space, The Lakes Were Monitored Only Physico-Chemical (Mts, Temperature, Dissolved Oxygen, Oxygen Saturation, Ph). Also, These Lakes Were Reported As Unknown Ecological Water Bodies. Determining Within This Study Of The Ecological Status And Specific Environmental Objectives For The Water Body Ro Lw 14-1_N6 Srat Lake, Braila County And Later For The Other 4 Water Bodies Existing In The Buzau-Ialomia River Space Are Absolutely Necessary Actions In The Near Future For Both The Implementation Of The Dca And The Substantiation Of The Rehabilitation Measures And The Protective Regime That These Lakes Of Special Importance Must Benefit.
