The results have been very promising and Kristiansand Municipality is a leading capacity in this field. Kristiansand Municipality was the first municipality and property actor in Norway that was ISO 50001 certified within energy management. Property is responsible for approx. 450,000 m2 property area divided across approx. 175 public buildings. All these buildings are included in Property s energy management system. This is an invitation to submit tenders for energy management services for 2 years + an option for 1+1 year. The assignment manager/contact person will work closely with employees in Property.
