Tenders are invited for Supply of Powder Milk for Tea & Coffee i) Powder milk for Tea (Everyday or Equivalent) 1KG each (1516 Nos.) ii) Coffee (Nescafe or Equivalent) 50GMs bottle (256 Nos.) 2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available and can be obtained through a request on company?s letter head along with photocopies of above mentioned documents / certificates from Procurement Department, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore on or before 04.04.2022 from 1100 Hours to 1230 Hours. Price of the bidding documents is Rs. 500/- through Courier in the shape of CDR/Pay order/DD. While earnest money (in original), in the amount as mentioned in SOR (Appendix-B) in the form of a bank Draft/Pay Order or a Bond (Bid Bond) issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan on a non-judicial stamp paper as per specimen enclosed as (Appendix-F) Valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening. 3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at Procurement Department, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21, Kashmir Road, Lahore on or before closing date but before closing time and the same will be publicly opened on the same date and time.
