Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Construction Of The Green Corridor Project For The Revitalisation Of The Unused Railway Tracks Into A Green Pedestrian Path In The Municipality Of Prishtina Deadline: 31-Mar-2022 00:00 (Gmt 0.00) Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon, Casablanca United Nations Office At Nairobi (Hereinafter Refered To As Unon) On Behalf Of The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (Un-Habitat) Kosovo Anticipates To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Contractor(S) Towards The Construction Of The Green Corridor Project For The Revitalisation Of The Unused Railway Tracks Into A Green Pedestrian Path In The Municipality Of Prishtina. The Scope Of Works Consists Of Upgrade Of The Existing Green Spaces, Supply And Planting Of Grass And Trees, Paving The Pedestrian Path, Installing Lighting To Create Safe Public Space, And Integrating Urban Furniture In Specific Oasis . The Scope Also Includes Ground Cleaning Before And After The Project Implementation, Humus Filling, Pavement Of Path, Lightening Integration And Underground Infrastructure. Supply And Installation Of Urban Furniture (Benches And Waste Bins) . Further, The Requirement Includes The Supply And Installation Of Urban Furtniture (Benches And Waste Bins). It Also Includes The Construction Of The Pedestrian Area, Sidewalk/Walking Path Installed Parallel To The Railway Tracks/On Top Of The Railway Tracks. Additional Details, Specifications, And Terms Of Reference Shall Be Provided In The Tender Document To Be Issued Subsequent To This Eoi. Unon Invites Companies To Express Their Interest By Filling Out The Vendor Response Form. Interested Vendors May Forward Their Expressions Of Interest (Eoi) Along With The Signed Vendor Forms. All Eoi Submissions Should Be Sent Via Email, Citing The Eoi Reference Number And Title In The Subject Line. Important: Please Note That This Reoi Is Not An Invitation For Submission Of Tenders. Its Purpose Is To Identify Eligible Vendors That Would Be Interested To Participate In The Related Upcoming Requirement. The Complete Detail Of The Requirement Will Be Issued To Bidders After This Request For Eoi Is Closed. Unon Reserves The Right To Change Or Cancel The Requirement Of This Eoi At Any Time During The Eoi And/Or Solicitation Process.
